How to convert PowerPoint to PDF online
Docs.Zone turns PowerPoint presentations (PPT, PPTX) into PDF in your browser: every slide becomes a page of the PDF. A PDF opens on any device without PowerPoint, which makes it the easiest way to send slides as a handout. You can try it without an account.
- Press Select files... or drop your presentations onto the converter.
- Press Start!. Each presentation becomes a PDF of its own.
- Press Download next to a PDF in your Inbox. Converted files stay there for 6 hours.

What a PDF keeps from your slides
Text, pictures, charts, tables and the design of every slide carry over. Animations, transitions and embedded video don't: a PDF is a static document, so slides that build up step by step show their final state.
To merge several presentations into one PDF, use the PDF Combiner.
Your files stay private
Files travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and nobody looks at their contents. Uploaded files are deleted after 4 hours, converted files after 6 hours, and you can delete your converted files earlier in the Inbox. Some conversions run on trusted partner services that delete the files after processing. Details are in our Terms & Privacy Policy.
