How do I cancel my subscription?

You can do it yourself:

1. Log into your account
2. Press the My Account link
3. Press the Cancel subscription button

My document was not converted well. What can I do?

It is not always possible to convert documents perfectly owing to the peculiarities of the PDF format. Send the file to [email protected] and we will look into it, or request your money back.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. For monthly subscriptions within 7 calendar days of the start of the subscription, for annual subscriptions within 30 calendar days.
Write to [email protected] with your name, your order ID and the e-mail address you used when you registered.
